We want you to get real value from Launch Ready Code. If a paid product didn't deliver, we'll make it right. This policy explains what's refundable and how to request it.

One-time reports — 30-day money-back guarantee

The Launch Readiness Audit Report and the Compliance Report are covered by a 30-day guarantee. If your paid report surfaces no material findings — nothing worth fixing before you launch — email us within 30 days of purchase and we'll issue a full refund or, if you prefer, a free re-scan. No forms, no runaround.

Monitoring & Code Care subscriptions

You can cancel any subscription (Starter, Builder, Pro, Growth or Scale retainer, Compliance Monitoring) at any time from your dashboard or by emailing us. When you cancel:

• You are not charged again — we stop the next renewal.
• You keep access until the end of the billing period you've already paid for.
• We don't pro-rate partial months, but if you were charged for a renewal you meant to cancel, email us and we'll refund that most recent charge.

Exploit Proof — you only pay if we break in

Exploit Proof is charge-on-breach by design: you are only charged if we demonstrate a real, verified breach and you approve the finding. If we don't find a breach, you are never charged — so there is nothing to refund.

How to request a refund

Email info@launchreadycode.com from the address you used at checkout, with your order/receipt reference. We aim to respond within 1 business day and to process approved refunds to your original payment method within 5–10 business days (timing depends on your bank/card issuer).
